ICD-10: Project Status
Project status reports are developed for DHHS and DPH management, the project supervisor, the DPH ICD-10 Implementation Team, North Carolina Association of Local Health Directors (NCALHD) Technology Committee (now Informatics Committee) and other stakeholders upon request to assure that interested parties are apprised of project progress and any issues that may need stakeholder assistance for resolution. Status reports are submitted to the NCALHD Informatics Committee for the months they meet and are posted below.
